Manager, Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP), Audit Governance & Controls:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP), Audit Governance & Controls for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Manager, Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP), Audit Governance & Controls - Job Description:
This role involves managing the duties related to statutory transfer pricing, audit governance, and controls. The position focuses on ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, laws, and regulations, as well as managing the end-to-end STP process through global projects within the Implementation and Policy Management and Compliance teams.

Manager, Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP), Audit Governance & Controls - Responsibilities:
• Manage the information gathering process for audit queries by collaborating with business, finance, legal compliance, and taxation groups
• Ensure audit query responses are timely, complete, and demonstrate the bank’s STP activities
• Work with finance and business teams to prepare audit-ready binders
• Coordinate and facilitate enterprise-wide STP projects across policy management, implementation, and compliance
• Develop and maintain the framework and governance structure for the STP team
• Develop legal entity reporting for Transfer Pricing transactions
• Assist with key process improvement initiatives for STP

Manager, Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP), Audit Governance & Controls - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of audit/finance/transfer pricing experience
• Background in an accounting firm, financial services organization, or relevant industry experience
• Experience with the operational aspects of the end-to-end transfer pricing process
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Tableau financial reporting system and tools
• Ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously

Manager, Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP), Audit Governance & Controls – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Accounting designation such as CA/CPA/CMA
• Working knowledge of Canadian tax laws
• Overview knowledge of TP laws
