On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation - Job Description:
The Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation will lead the negotiation for complex technology deals with a total contract value of $5 million or more. The role involves contract authoring and editing within the Global Procurement and Supplier Management team, responsible for all categories of technology and global sourcing.

Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation - Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for complex deals with a total contract value of $5 million or more
• Author and edit contracts
• Support and manage cross-functional stakeholder interactions and relationships
• Ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies

Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation - Mandatory Skills:
• Post-secondary education in Finance, related Purchasing field, or Procurement Designation
• 10-15 years of procurement sourcing experience, not purchasing experience
• Minimum 5 years of technology sourcing experience
• Experience in leading negotiations for complex deals
• Proficient in contract authoring and editing
• Experience in leading and supporting cross-functional stakeholder interactions

Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Proven experience sourcing and negotiating deals with AI providers

Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation - Start Date:
ASAP.

Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Contract Negotiation - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in the office.
