MarCom Manager - Mid-Level:
On behalf of our Marketing client, Procom is searching for a MarCom Manager - Mid-Level for a 12-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position at our client’s Lone Tree, Colorado office.

MarCom Manager - Mid-Level - Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Manager will support core marketing operations within the Marketing Technology, Planning, and Enablement team, focusing on AI-related processes, intake management, and communications. The role involves collaboration across the marketing organization to ensure smooth operations, coordination, and delivery of programmatic deliverables, blending program office support, team operations, and emerging AI enablement work.

MarCom Manager - Mid-Level - Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline AI review and approval processes.
• Gather and assess AI use cases and feedback.
• Support marketing-wide AI coordination, communications, education, and enablement efforts.
• Develop and execute change management activities for new AI processes.
• Support project portfolio governance by documenting processes and tools.
• Manage intake requests and partner with requestors for prioritization.
• Prepare meeting materials and leadership-ready summaries.
• Assist with annual and quarterly portfolio planning.
• Support development and rollout of operational tools and process documentation.

MarCom Manager - Mid-Level - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or program management.
• Experience with intake, planning, or governance processes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Interest in AI technologies.
• Highly independent with the ability to work with incomplete information.
