On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing Campaigns Adobe (workfront) for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing Campaigns Adobe (workfront) - Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth for Everyday Banking products. This role involves leveraging customer insights and analytics to inform campaign strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing Campaigns Adobe (workfront) - Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage bank systems and knowledge.
• Deploy and measure digital marketing strategies to support sales targets for everyday banking products.
• Plan, project manage, and execute customer-driven marketing programs using agile methodologies.
• Monitor market conditions, consumer sentiment, and competitive activity to enhance planning processes.
• Analyze market research and data to establish strategic campaign directions.
• Ensure full buy-in and participation from business and marketing partners in a matrixed environment.
• Execute engagement strategies across multiple channels to promote a seamless client experience.

Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing Campaigns Adobe (workfront) - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
• Experience in driving performance growth across multiple business lines and KPIs.
• Experience with data-driven, segmentation, and personalization campaigns.
• Current knowledge of email marketing and audience engagement practices.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Adobe (workfront).

Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing Campaigns Adobe (workfront) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Project Management experience in a large/matrix organization.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing Campaigns Adobe (workfront) – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
