Marketing Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager for a 16-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3–4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Marketing Manager - Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to manage multiple marketing projects, execute go-to-market strategies, and ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment within a fast-paced financial services environment. The role involves budget management, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Marketing Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate multiple marketing projects and campaigns
• Execute marketing plans and ensure deliverables meet brand and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
• Monitor budgets and prepare monthly financial reports
• Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to leadership

Marketing Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Budget management and forecasting
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Numbers-driven with ability to report on campaign results

Marketing Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience at a marketing/advertising agency
• Familiarity with online discount brokerage or self-directed investing
• Data analytics skills

Marketing Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 16-month contract position.
