Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (3–4 days in office per week).
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will support BMO Wealth Marketing by executing go-to-market strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. This role involves coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced, competitive environment and plays a key part in driving business results through effective campaign execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Execute go-to-market plans for campaigns and offers, coordinating across teams for successful execution.
- Support creative development and media execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Vet creative concepts for legal and compliance adherence and manage approval trafficking.
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external agencies, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Create and update monthly performance reports and provide campaign results analysis.
- Prepare and submit monthly budget control reports, tracking marketing spend and forecasting.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively, including forecasting and reporting.
- Experience in banking or financial services or supporting financial stakeholders.
- Numbers-driven with accountability for results and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working at a marketing or advertising agency.
- Familiarity with online discount brokerage or self-directed investing.
- Ability to perform data analytics.

- Ability to adapt and pivot priorities effectively in a competitive setting.
