Marketing Project Coordinator:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Project Coordinator for a 12-Month Contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.

Marketing Project Coordinator - Job Description:
As the next Marketing Project Coordinator within our Production Team, you will provide essential project coordination and workflow support across high-volume marketing deliverables. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Production Team, to analyze requests, structure actionable tasks in Jira, coordinate print production, and support digital updates.

Marketing Project Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Analyze requests and translate requirements into structured Jira tasks and subtasks.
• Monitor assigned tasks in Jira, identify risks or missing inputs, and follow up proactively.
• Serve as a liaison with external print vendors to ensure timely production of printed materials.
• Review and execute digital requests, such as intranet updates and email deployment.
• Support marketing asset development, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Marketing Project Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clear and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships quickly with stakeholders of all levels.
• Experience with Jira.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Marketing Project Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Problem-solving skills.

Marketing Project Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility for extension.
