Job Description
Technical Support Analyst
On behalf our client, Procom is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 6 month contract assignment in Burnaby , BC. This is an in office position 5 days in office per week.
Technical Support Analyst Details:
Technical and Application Support Microsoft 365 applications and services in an enterprise environment.
Technical Support Analyst Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Android and Apple (iOS/iPadOS) mobile devices and tablets.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving mobile device hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, including document management, permissions administration, collaboration features, and end-user support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services in an enterprise environment.
6 month contract to start
