On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist for an 8 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Montreal office.

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist - Job Description:
BRP is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to support its enterprise data management and governance initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, integrity, and governance of critical master data domains across the organization, including Product, Supplier, Customer, Material, and Business Partner data.

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain enterprise master data across multiple business domains and systems.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Define, document, and enforce master data policies, procedures, and business rules.
• Support data creation, maintenance, validation, and lifecycle management processes.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Monitor and improve data quality through data profiling, cleansing, validation, and remediation activities.
• Partner with business units to understand data requirements and support business processes.

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with MDM solutions such as SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Profisee, Reltio, Semarchy, IBM InfoSphere.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
• Knowledge of SQL, data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, powersports, or consumer products industries.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) environments.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance programs and operating models.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until January 31, 2027.

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist - Start Date:
ASAP.

Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist - Assignment Location:
Remote, Montreal with 2 days onsite every two weeks.
