Maximo Solution Architect:
Procom is searching for a Maximo Solution Architect for a 12+ month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office (preferred)

Maximo Solution Architect - Job Description:
The Maximo Solution Architect will be instrumental in designing and delivering enterprise asset management solutions. This role involves working on the Work and Asset Management program, focusing on system integration and alignment with operational objectives, particularly using IBM Maximo. 

Maximo Solution Architect - Responsibilities:
• Identify and document the interfaces/integrations required between systems within the Work and Asset Management program
• Ensure interfaces meet immediate and future project needs, including creating and retiring temporary interfaces
• Document impacts of multi-phase, multi-project, multi-vendor implementation and manage schedule impacts and interdependencies
• Support the RFS process to procure integration delivery vendors and ensure integrations are delivered as designed
• Work with various vendors assisting in implementing the WAM program

Maximo Solution Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• 10 plus years of experience in multi-system integration design and implementation
• 10 plus years of experience in implementing IBM Maximo
• 7 plus years of experience integrating Maximo with other applications like GIS and Work Force Management
• 5 years of experience in field service like Oracle Field Service (OFS) or similar
• 3 plus years of experience with integration tools like OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
• Demonstrated experience with integration performance, functionality, application security, and cyber security
• Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills

Maximo Solution Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Maximo Scheduler experience
• Business Analytics and AI experience around work and asset management processes
• Ability to provide QA oversight of technical design and vendor development
• Experience with cloud solutions and applications
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities

Maximo Solution Architect – Assignment Length:
Contract is expected until the end of 2027


Maximo Solution Architect - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office. Open to fully remote candidates that can support MST timezone.
