MDM Developer

Job Description

Overview
We’re hiring a full-time, remote MDM Developer to build and support Informatica MDM solutions that strengthen data quality, consistency, and governance across the enterprise. You’ll work with business and technical teams to design master data models, configure workflows, implement match/survivorship rules, and support troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Informatica MDM solutions (data models, workflows, integrations)
• Configure MDM tenant settings, reference data, hierarchies, and relationships
• Build and tune match/merge and survivorship rules
• Perform data profiling, standardization, deduplication, and cleansing
• Create and execute test plans; support releases into production
• Troubleshoot issues and apply best practices to improve performance
• Document configurations and processes; partner with data governance on standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years experience in data modeling, data integration, and data quality
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and Informatica IDMC (iPaaS, Customer 360 SaaS MDM, and governance/catalog tools such as CDGC or similar)
• Experience implementing Informatica solutions on Azure platforms
• Familiarity with EDM Council CDMC alignment
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python (NoSQL a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Certifications: Informatica IDMC, CDGC, ICP (or similar)
