On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Microsoft 365 Consultant - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration for a 12 month contract role. This position is hybrid with 2-3 day onsite at client's Toronto location. 

Microsoft 365 Consultant - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration - Job Description:
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead complex tenant-to-tenant migration projects across Microsoft 365 environments. The role focuses on delivering secure and low-disruption migrations for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and identity services.

Microsoft 365 Consultant - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end tenant-to-tenant migration projects across Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Assess tenant configurations and develop migration strategies.
• Design and execute migration runbooks and plans.
• Plan and support identity and access changes.
• Coordinate mailbox and collaboration workload migrations.
• Automate migration tasks using PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure user readiness.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Microsoft 365 Consultant - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration - Mandatory Skills:
• Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive for Business
• PowerShell Automation

Microsoft 365 Consultant - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Google migration experience
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Familiarity with Microsoft cross-tenant migration capabilities
• Experience with Intune
• Knowledge of change management

Microsoft 365 Consultant - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.
