Microsoft Channel Success Manager:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Microsoft Channel Success Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.

Job Description:
The Microsoft Channel Success Manager will focus on enhancing the success of Microsoft partners by providing strategic guidance and support. This role involves working closely with partners to maximize their use of Microsoft solutions and programs, facilitating growth and improving partner engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct partner enablement and training sessions.
• Present Microsoft solutions and programs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft partners.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal subject matter experts.
• Manage multiple partner requests and inquiries efficiently.
• Guide partners to leverage Microsoft incentives and benefits effectively.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of partner requests through the Accelerate Partner Portal.

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex Microsoft programs in business-focused language.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with CRM and partner management platforms.
• Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Customer-focused mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g., AZ-900, SC-900).
• Experience with our client's Cybersecurity solutions.
• Understanding of Microsoft co-sell programs.
• Experience working for a Microsoft partner or distributor.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies.

Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
