MS Dynamics Consultant:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for an MS Dynamics Consultant for a 3 month contract role. This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements from your home office.

MS Dynamics Consultant - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub Consultant/Developer to assess, design, and implement enhancements to an existing Dynamics 365 CRM environment. The successful candidate will optimize custom entities, Outlook integration, workflow automation, reporting, and user experience while following established DEV, TEST, and PROD deployment processes.

MS Dynamics Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Review and enhance existing custom solutions, including Accounts and Interactions entities.
• Improve stakeholder/account/contact relationship management, filtering, and reporting capabilities.
• Design solutions that support querying, sorting, and filtering interactions by associated contacts, accounts, and stakeholder types.
• Configure views, forms, dashboards, and user experiences to improve usability and data visibility.
• Implement task and action-item assignment workflows based on interaction outcomes.
• Configure automated notifications and reminders through Microsoft Outlook and Dynamics 365.
• Create and optimize Power Automate flows where appropriate.
• Assess and resolve issues related to email tracking, appointment synchronization, and activity management.
• Configure views and reporting to support various data management needs.
• Work within established DEV, TEST, and PROD environments and support UAT and production deployment activities.

MS Dynamics Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Sales Hub implementation and customization experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven applications, forms, views, and security roles.
• Experience developing and supporting custom entities, relationships, and activities.
• Experience with Power Automate and Dynamics workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Outlook integration.
• Experience troubleshooting email tracking, synchronization, and activity management issues.
• Knowledge of solution management and deployment across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.

MS Dynamics Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Customer Insights and Journeys.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience working with public sector or membership-based organizations.

MS Dynamics Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position expected to last for the duration of the project.

Remote, with the flexibility to work from your home office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
