On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Principal Consultant for a 12-month role. This position is remote, based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

NA Consulting Only - Principal Consultant - Job Description:
As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the strategic implementation of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM) to transform platform operations for Truist Bank. This role involves validating complex deployment topologies and establishing a gold standard for multi-cluster observability, automated governance, and resource optimization.

NA Consulting Only - Principal Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Review and finalize ACM architecture for diverse deployment topologies and DR requirements.
• Optimize infrastructure management and ArgoCD integration for seamless platform operations.
• Define storage and performance specifications for multi-cluster observability and alerting frameworks.
• Lead sessions to build custom Grafana dashboards for capacity and workload insights.
• Design and implement a noise-reduced alerting framework for SRE teams.
• Utilize MCO and auto-scalers for resource optimization and application density.
• Transition Day-2 operations to ArgoCD for configuration management and drift mitigation.
• Establish a GitOps-based governance process with ACM Policy Sets.
• Integrate ACM Policies into Ansible automation pipelines for lifecycle orchestration.

NA Consulting Only - Principal Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Deep expertise in implementing and configuring ACM Multi-cluster Observability (MCO).
• Proven experience using ArgoCD for cluster configurations and drift mitigation.
• Expert-level capability in Grafana and Prometheus/Alertmanager.
• Strong proficiency in Ansible for platform deployments and IaC workflows.
• Experience defining and deploying ACM Policies for security and compliance.

NA Consulting Only - Principal Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Familiarity with Truist Bank's platform operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

This is a 12-month contract position.
