Network Analyst II:
On behalf of our IT solutions client, Procom is searching for a Network Analyst II for an ON-CALL role. This position is onsite with multiple roles across various cities: Victoria, Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, Dartmouth (NS),  Winnipeg, Barrie (ON)

Network Analyst II - Job Description:
This role involves working directly with clients to develop, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot their technical environments. The Network Analyst II will take ownership of projects, providing technical direction for deploying and maintaining networked systems, ensuring efficient and effective solutions to meet client needs.

Network Analyst II - Responsibilities:
• Plan, install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain operating systems
• Monitor and tune performance; handle capacity planning, space management, quality assurance, and disaster recovery
• Act as Network Administrator, maintaining Windows, Citrix, WAN/LAN infrastructure, internet access, email, security, data integrity, and virus protection
• Recommend and support hardware and software for clients
• Provide end-user support for LAN-based applications
• Estimate and record time spent on support and project work

Network Analyst II - Mandatory Skills:
• 1-5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including Azure, networking, server management, storage, and Active Directory
• Service desk and technical support experience (hardware and software)
• Windows 10/11 support experience
• Network troubleshooting experience and a solid understanding of network components and topology
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and GPO
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
• Windows Server administration skills

Network Analyst II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Windows workstations, MS Office, and computer hardware, including troubleshooting failures
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Commitment to excellent remote and in-person support
• Asset: MCSA, MCSE, CCA, LPI, or CCNA certifications
• Ability to thrive in high-stress, urgent situations
