Network Monitoring Analyst:
On behalf of our Defense industry client, Procom is searching for a Network Monitoring Analyst for a full-time role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Colorado Springs office.

Job Description:
The Network Monitoring Analyst will be part of a team responsible for daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC network systems in a 24x7 environment. The role involves providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting network hardware/software, and assisting with installations and user account management.

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of network systems
• Provide first-level technical support and initial troubleshooting
• Document and report events/issues to the CWO
• Assist with network hardware/software installations
• Create and maintain user accounts as directed

Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum Active DoD Secret Clearance
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network management
• Experience with network diagnostic and analytic tools
• Proficiency in remote access software like SSH, RDP
• Experience in Windows Server maintenance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with network management tools
• Familiarity with TACLANE encryption devices
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix Server maintenance
• Experience liaising with DoD agencies
