O365 Tenant Migration Consultant Architect / Lead Engineer:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for an O365 Tenant Migration Consultant Architect / Lead Engineer for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Brampton office.

O365 Tenant Migration Consultant Architect / Lead Engineer - Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration Consultant to lead a strategic tenant consolidation initiative resulting from multiple acquisitions. The project involves consolidating users, services, and workloads from 10 Microsoft 365 tenants and 3 Google Workspace tenants into a single Microsoft 365 environment.

O365 Tenant Migration Consultant Architect / Lead Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant migration projects
• Design migration strategies for users, identities, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Develop migration plans, schedules, and cutover strategies
• Coordinate migration activities with business units and technical teams
• Execute and oversee migration activities across multiple tenants
• Support identity modernization and hybrid Active Directory environments
• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and migration procedures
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure successful project delivery
• Support Google Workspace migration and coexistence planning where required

O365 Tenant Migration Consultant Architect / Lead Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and architecture experience
• Proven experience leading tenant-to-tenant migration projects
• Strong expertise with Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
• Strong experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
• Experience managing migration projects from planning through production cutover
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

O365 Tenant Migration Consultant Architect / Lead Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Google Workspace migration experience
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or identity management
• Experience with Dynamics 365 environments

O365 Tenant Migration Consultant Architect / Lead Engineer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
