OCM:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an OCM for a senior project role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

OCM - Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. OCM Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) across the organization. This role will lead change management activities to drive stakeholder readiness, user adoption, and alignment across hiring leaders, suppliers, Procurement, Technology, and delivery partners.

OCM - Responsibilities:
• Lead change management coordination for the VMS program, driving adoption across hiring leaders, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Act as  an OCM lead, aligning MSP and VMS partner activities with internal communication and rollout strategy 
• Partner with Procurement (Program Owners) to ensure aligned rollout and stakeholder engagement
• Develop and execute change, communication, and training plans
• Coordinate with MSP and VMS change leads for consistent messaging and execution
• Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption metrics
• Support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization

OCM - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Vendor Management System (VMS) implementations (platform-agnostic)
• Proven delivery of change management for technology implementations across multiple stakeholders
• Experience engaging and communicating with external stakeholders, including suppliers (in coordination with Procurement)
• Strong stakeholder engagement across IT, Procurement, and business functions
• Experience coordinating across multiple delivery partners (MSP, system providers)
• Ability to articulate VMS platforms and/or MSP partners worked with and role in implementation
• Based in Calgary

OCM – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• French language proficiency
• Experience supporting mergers or large transformations
• Experience working alongside MSP partners or contingent workforce program

OCM – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from June 15, 2026, to February 16, 2027.
