OCM Lead:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an OCM Lead for a 24-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

OCM Lead - Job Description:
The Organizational Change Management Lead will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering high-quality change management approaches and strategies. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders to understand the change impact requirements associated with products and services.

OCM Lead - Responsibilities:
• Participate in data gathering and process workshops and provide inputs for developing the Target Operating Model
• Review System Integrator recommendations with management team, obtain buy-in and provide approvals
• Participate in determining Program team training requirements for implementation efforts
• Develop and deliver a communication strategy to ensure stakeholder involvement and participation
• Develop and analyze Financial and Risk measures for all projects and deliver a Project dashboard
• Participate in developing an end user training strategy
• Develop and deliver end user 'Train the Trainer' training
• Guide the project team in the use of project methodologies, deliverable templates, and tools
• Deliver Change Management approach including stakeholder management and communication

OCM Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• PROSCI Change Management Certification, or ACMP certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English Literature, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in a change management leadership role
• Experience creating impact assessments and conducting ADKAR assessments
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
• Proficiency in creating change management plans and communication strategies

OCM Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator
• Experience working on SAP Projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Excellent business and political acumen
• Leadership and problem-solving skills

OCM Lead – Assignment Length:
The contract is for a 24-month term.
