OCM Specialist:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for an OCM Specialist for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton or Calgary office. 

OCM Specialist - Job Description:
Seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support multiple IT initiatives. The role involves leading and supporting projects through training, learning strategies, communication, change analysis, and business readiness. Relationship building, teamwork collaboration, and a stakeholder-centric mindset are critical for success in this role. 

OCM Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Adhere to OCM Governance and ensure consistent application of OCM Framework methodology.
• Develop and manage a fit-for-purpose change management strategy and plan.
• Work with business and project teams to define key business outcomes and change activities.
• Engage regularly with impacted leaders and change champions.
• Develop and track business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure training requirements and plans align with project needs.
• Design and develop tailored communications materials for stakeholders.
• Provide post go-live support to end users through the hyper-care phase.

OCM Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 10+ years in Change Management experience.
• Change Management Certification (Prosci or equivalent).
• Strong stakeholder analysis and engagement skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Strategic thinking and strong organizational management skills.
• Ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment.

OCM Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in technology projects in Change Management strategic leadership.
• Skilled at building trust and strong working relationships.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Action-oriented and adaptable.

OCM Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.


OCM Specialist - Assignment Location:
Edmonton or Calgary AB Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.
