Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk - Job Description:
The main function of the Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk is to lead the development and execution of Operational Risk and Control Self Assessments with a fraud-specific focus. The role involves fostering positive stakeholder relationships and producing reporting for senior management, while staying abreast of emerging fraud risks in various banking business lines.
Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk - Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute fraud-specific Operational Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA)
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing value-added advice and effective challenge to business lines
• Develop strong partnerships with internal control teams and Global Fraud Management
• Identify opportunities to enhance fraud risk oversight practices
• Collaborate with other risk specialist areas to ensure a holistic approach to risk management
• Support regulatory requirements and the Fraud Risk Oversight team mandate
Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit with a fraud focus
• Strong knowledge of banking businesses, products, and end-to-end processes
• Proficiency with MS Suite, particularly Excel
• 3+ years of experience leading fraud risk assessments
• Strong awareness of fraud typologies and emerging risks
Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with risk-related project roll-outs
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot
• PowerBI proficiency for report creation
Operational Risk Analyst – Fraud Risk – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office per week.
