Operations Administrator, MS Office
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Operations Administrator, MS Office for a 12-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Operations Administrator, MS Office - Job Description:
The Operations Administrator will support the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) Group's Transformation, Operations, Practices & Reporting department, which handles change, communications, and training for major programs. The role focuses on driving efficiency and providing seamless operational support across the organization, enabling the team to prioritize strategic objectives.

Operations Administrator, MS Office - Responsibilities:
• Execute on and offboarding activities for CAE Group employees and consultants worldwide, including IT system access provisioning and management
• Maintain and administer 30+ email distribution lists
• Provide office administration support including laptop/locker assignments, physical access clearances, and building maintenance coordination
• Evaluate operational practices and recommend process improvements
• Enable/disable auditor access to audit tools and systems
• Prepare monthly reporting on annual independence attestation completions for CAE Group staff globally
• Review, validate, and process invoices for the Toronto CAE Group
• Provide administrative support to the Rewards & Recognition Committee

Operations Administrator, MS Office - Mandatory Skills:
• Post-secondary degree
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency
• Experience in financial institutions preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills

Operations Administrator, MS Office – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Background in governance functions
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation technology
• Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft SharePoint, Webex Teams, Jive)

Operations Administrator, MS Office – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Operations Administrator, MS Office - Start Date:
ASAP.

Operations Administrator, MS Office - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is onsite, 5 days a week.
