Operations Associate – Account Transfer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Operations Associate – Account Transfer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Operations Associate – Account Transfer - Job Description:
The project involves reviewing and processing pending account transfer requests, ensuring smooth communication with external financial institutions. The role requires resolving transfer issues and providing status updates to maintain efficient operations.

Operations Associate – Account Transfer - Responsibilities:
• Review pending account transfer requests
• Communicate with external financial institutions via phone and email
• Provide status updates and resolve transfer issues
• Manage approximately 60-70 accounts per day

Operations Associate – Account Transfer - Mandatory Skills:
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Banking experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Degree from an accredited university or equivalent, OR high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of job-related experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Operations Associate – Account Transfer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Account transfers experience
• Experience working in a call centre
• Bilingual in French/English

Operations Associate – Account Transfer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
