Operations Associate, Account Transfers:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Operations Associate, Account Transfers for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga, Ontario office.

Operations Associate, Account Transfers - Job Description:
The Operations Associate, Account Transfers will be responsible for reviewing pending account transfer requests and ensuring effective communication with external financial institutions. The role involves managing approximately 60-70 accounts per day, providing status updates, and resolving transfer issues.

Operations Associate, Account Transfers - Responsibilities:
• Review pending account transfer requests
• Communicate with external financial institutions via phone call and email for status updates
• Resolve transfer issues
• Manage approximately 60-70 accounts per day

Operations Associate, Account Transfers - Mandatory Skills:
• 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma
• 2 years of job-related experience
• Account transfers experience
• Experience working in a financial institution
• MS Office – Word, Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Operations Associate, Account Transfers – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working in a call centre
• Bilingual in French
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Teamwork-oriented

Operations Associate, Account Transfers – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
