On behalf of our Financial client, Procom is searching for an Operations Lead, Facilities Management – Finance/Hospitality for a 3-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Dallas, TX 75202 office. 

Operations Lead, Facilities Management – Finance/Hospitality - Job Description:
The Operations Lead will assist with all aspects of facilities management for the physical premises in the Dallas office, ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance, furniture, equipment, telecommunications, and HVAC systems. This role is critical in managing the additional workload and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Operations Lead, Facilities Management – Finance/Hospitality - Responsibilities:
• Assist with facilities management, including maintenance of premises, furniture, equipment, telecommunications, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain an inventory of vendor COIs and schedule maintenance activities.
• Input purchase orders and facilitate invoice processing and approval.
• Manage vendor management inventory and risk assessment tools.
• Monitor and action tickets from the Facilities Intake Management System (FIMS).
• Manage seating and occupancy strategies and coordinate leadership approvals.
• Support reception desk end of day and monitor personal and shared facilities inbox.

Operations Lead, Facilities Management – Finance/Hospitality - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, facilities, logistics, or complex office environments.
• Strong proficiency with MS Suite products (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).
• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Operations Lead, Facilities Management – Finance/Hospitality – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of purchase order processing and approval protocols.
• Banking or broker dealer experience.
• Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel experience).
• SharePoint.

Operations Lead, Facilities Management – Finance/Hospitality – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension and FTE conversion.
