On behalf of our Financial client, Procom is searching for an Operations Lead - IT Infrastructure Coordination for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Dallas, Texas 75202 office. Sponsorship is unavailable.

Operations Lead - IT Infrastructure Coordination - Job Description:
The Operations Lead - IT Infrastructure Coordination will act as the primary U.S. intake point for IT infrastructure requests, working closely with global IT teams to streamline communication and align priorities. This role supports day-to-day IT infrastructure activities, including managing requests, supporting project delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Operations Lead - IT Infrastructure Coordination - Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary U.S. intake point for IT infrastructure requests, coordinating with global IT teams.
• Support U.S. infrastructure initiatives in partnership with global teams across servers, networks, storage, and data center services.
• Ensure alignment with U.S. regulatory requirements, service levels, and risk expectations for globally delivered IT services.
• Assist in resolving high severity incidents through technical coordination and escalation with global support teams.
• Coordinate clear, timely IT communications regarding major incidents, planned changes, and operational impacts.
• Assist with IT audit inquiries by coordinating documentation, evidence collection, and timely responses.

Operations Lead - IT Infrastructure Coordination - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or service management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure domains: servers, networks, storage, data centers, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and capable of generating clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to create and deliver clear executive-ready presentations.

Operations Lead - IT Infrastructure Coordination – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience leading cross-functional remediation efforts.
• Experience managing audits and driving regulatory compliance initiatives.

Operations Lead - IT Infrastructure Coordination – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is 7 months, with the possibility of extension. Sponsorship is unavailable.
