Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst:
Procom is searching for an Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst for a 1.5-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton or Calgary office. Open to fully remote candidates (must support MST timezone).

Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst to support a large Oracle CCS Implementation. This role involves validating the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data being converted from a legacy billing system to Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB) and Meter Data Management (MDM) as part of the CCS suite.

Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Assist with data extraction queries
• Conduct data quality analysis and remediation activities
• Create and modify reconciliation scripts between legacy source systems and Oracle CCS
• Assist with reconciliation remediation and exception management between source Legacy system (CIS) and CCS
• Conduct data validation activities comparing CIS functionality and screens to CCS
• Develop automation for Oracle P/L SQL scripts and file extracts
• Conduct Transform related tasks and development
• Support Oracle CCS load activities (working with the Oracle CCS Load Analyst)
• Engage and collaborate with employees, vendors, and other contract resources
• Focus on improving the efficiency, velocity, and quality of Data Conversion processes and Mock releases
• Utilize GitHub and Jira to manage all related development activity
• Assist with necessary Performance Testing of key Data Conversion steps
• Support Data testing and validation activities with automated scripts
• Participate in production deployments and releases
• Coordinate with other workstreams and project management resources
• Identify Oracle CCS Conversion gaps and provide potential solutions

Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-6 years experience with Oracle CCS / CC&B
• 2-3 years experience with Data Conversion
• Proficient with Oracle PL/SQL development including stored procedures
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with GitHub and Jira
• Certifications for Oracle Utilities CC&B &/or CCS

Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 1.5-year contract position.

Oracle CCS Data Conversion Analyst - Assignment Location:
Edmonton, or Calgary Alberta, Canada (preferred). This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office. Open to fully remote candidates.
