Order Processing Specialist:
On behalf of our industrial automation client, Procom is searching for an Order Processing Specialist for a permanent role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Charlotte, NC office.

Order Processing Specialist - Job Description:
The Order Processing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and supporting the order fulfillment process for Bucci Industries USA. This position will primarily support the IEMCA brand, with opportunities to work with additional brands as the business grows. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Production, Logistics, and international colleagues to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.

Order Processing Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders from order receipt through fulfillment and shipment.
• Ensure order information is accurate and complete, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor order status, changes, backorders, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to support smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate information in company systems and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Collaborate with the U.S. team and Bucci Industries colleagues in Italy.
• Support selected local marketing activities and initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing and customer service activities.

Order Processing Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 2-3 years of experience in order administration, inside sales, logistics coordination, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Good technology literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Order Processing Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the manufacturing or machining industry.
• Italian and/or Spanish language skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Sage 100, Google Workspace, or Wrike.

This is a permanent position.
