Organizational Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking an Organizational Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support enterprise transformation initiatives through organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications. Reporting to the OCM Lead, this role focuses on change planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and adoption support across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support change management plans and impact assessments
-Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
-Create communications materials (newsletters, Town Halls, announcements, videos)
-Coordinate workshops, feedback sessions, and engagement activities
-Track engagement effectiveness and change adoption metrics
-Collaborate with training teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements:
-3–5 years in internal communications, OCM, or transformation programs
-Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, APMG)
-Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder communication skills
-Experience simplifying complex information for varied audiences
-Conflict resolution, influencing, and analytical skills
-Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field
Preferred:
-Aerospace, defense, technology, or regulated industry experience

Location: Ottawa/ Halifax / Victoria (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 1 year; position can be extended or become permanent
Clearance:  Reliability, CGP, or Trade clearance to start but must be eligible to obtain NATO- Secret
