OT Architect - (ADMS, SCADA, OT Apps):
Procom is searching for an OT Architect for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.

OT Architect - (ADMS, SCADA, OT Apps) - Job Description:
Seeking an experienced OT Architect to define, evolve, and govern solution architecture across the Operational Technology application portfolio. The role focuses on key applications such as ADMS, SCADA, and OMS to support Electric and Gas operations in a regulated utility environment.

OT Architect - (ADMS, SCADA, OT Apps) - Responsibilities:
• Own current-state, transition-state, and target-state architecture for assigned OT applications.
• Develop portfolio roadmaps covering upgrades, obsolescence, and technical debt.
• Produce and maintain architecture diagrams and interface specifications.
• Define solution patterns for integration among OT applications and field systems.
• Ensure designs address availability, performance, and recoverability.
• Embed security-by-design and applicable governance requirements into solutions.
• Lead technical option assessments and architecture governance checkpoints.
• Partner with various stakeholders to resolve cross-domain design issues.
• Review vendor proposals and designs for architectural fit and risk.
• Guide upgrades, migrations, and integrations while minimizing disruption.

OT Architect - (ADMS, SCADA, OT Apps) - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery with OT solutions.
• Demonstrated architecture experience with ADMS, SCADA, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of integrated OT application ecosystems.
• Ability to evaluate legacy platforms and technical debt.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and design reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

OT Architect - (ADMS, SCADA, OT Apps) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• TOGAF Foundation/Practitioner certification.
• ISA/IEC 62443 cybersecurity training or certification.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
• Professional engineering or utility-platform credentials.
• Experience with utility interoperability and information models.

OT Architect - (ADMS, SCADA, OT Apps) – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for 6 months with potential extensions. 

OT Architect - (ADMS, SCADA, OT Apps) - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office.
