PAM Business Systems Analyst:
On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is searching for a PAM Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

PAM Business Systems Analyst - Job Description:
The PAM Business Systems Analyst will support privileged access management initiatives by bridging business, security, and technical teams. This role focuses on requirements gathering, account onboarding, and systems analytics across PAM-related projects, ensuring solutions are well-documented and aligned with business and security objectives.

PAM Business Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for PAM projects and initiatives.
• Support the onboarding of privileged accounts into PAM systems.
• Translate business and security requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Perform systems analytics across various PAM projects.
• Assist in defining and documenting access policies and workflows related to privileged access.
• Support data analysis and reporting needs from PAM systems.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams.
• Coordinate with technical teams during system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support UAT efforts, including test case development and defect tracking.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

PAM Business Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst.
• Working knowledge of PAM tools and technologies.
• General familiarity with IAM concepts and tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proven experience supporting account onboarding processes.
• Ability to perform systems analytics and generate reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

PAM Business Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working in regulated industries.
• Exposure to compliance/audit-driven access management requirements.
• Experience with requirements/documentation tools.
• Familiarity with reporting/dashboard tools.
• Business Analysis certification.

PAM Business Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract to start with the possibility of converting to FTE.

ASAP.

PAM Business Systems Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid position with 2 days per week in office.
