PAM Implementation Engineer - Delinea
On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is searching for a PAM Implementation Engineer - Delinea for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

PAM Implementation Engineer - Delinea - Job Description:
The PAM Implementation Engineer will support the architecture, deployment, customization, and operationalization of the Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. This role is crucial for managing and controlling privileged accounts to reduce risk exposure and support regulatory requirements in a highly regulated industry.

PAM Implementation Engineer - Delinea - Responsibilities:
• Support technical design workshops with IT, security, compliance, and application teams
• Deploy Delinea PAM solutions in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments
• Perform onboarding and discovery of privileged accounts
• Integrate Delinea PAM with identity sources, MFA, SSO, SIEM, and ticketing/orchestration tools
• Configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain Delinea environments
• Define and enforce security policies around vaulting, session recording, and access methods
• Lead pilot and production rollout phases, perform UAT, and support migration
• Participate in detailed design documentation and create implementation guides and SOPs
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and operational support to internal teams
• Monitor privileged sessions, generate reports, and assist in audit/troubleshooting

PAM Implementation Engineer - Delinea - Mandatory Skills:
• 4–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2-5 years implementing Delinea solutions
• Hands-on experience with Delinea modules like Secret Server and Centrify
• Strong knowledge of IAM fundamentals: AD, LDAP, federation, SSO, MFA
• Experience integrating PAM with SIEM, ticketing tools, and orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with operating systems and networking concepts
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

PAM Implementation Engineer - Delinea – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with large-scale, multi-geography deployments
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience with other PAM tools for comparative insight
• Cloud deployment experience integrating Delinea in a cloud context
• Client-facing delivery experience

This is a 6 month contract position.
