Partner Portal Support Specialist:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Partner Portal Support Specialist for a contract position.

Partner Portal Support Specialist - Job Description:
The Partner Portal Support Specialist serves as the first line of support for partners accessing the new partner portal. The role focuses on managing and resolving incoming inquiries to ensure an optimal partner experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, onboarding, persona provisioning, and facilitating demo trial orders.

Partner Portal Support Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Serve as a brand ambassador for client to partners 
• Provide first-line support and effective triage for incoming partner requests
• Administer Partner Portal and manage partner onboarding and provisioning
• Process trial and demo orders
• Manage case management and partner inquiry inbox
• Ensure adherence to SLA response times for optimal partner experience
• Follow and contribute to documented processes, procedures, and best practices

Partner Portal Support Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field
• Client-centric and partner-first mindset
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Willing and inquisitive learner

Partner Portal Support Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with ServiceNow

Partner Portal Support Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract
