Patient Services Representative Non-Clinical - Administrative - Job Description:
This role involves providing administrative support within a healthcare setting, specifically focusing on patient registration and services in the emergency department. The position requires standing for extended periods and involves the use of technology to manage patient information efficiently.

Patient Services Representative Non-Clinical - Administrative - Responsibilities:
• Register patients at bedside in the emergency department
• Stand for up to 7.5 hours while performing duties
• Operate and push Wireless on Wheels equipment
• Work onsite during nights from Wednesday to Sunday

Patient Services Representative Non-Clinical - Administrative - Mandatory Skills:
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Experience with Epic software
• Strong communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Teamwork-oriented

Patient Services Representative Non-Clinical - Administrative – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with patient registration processes
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
