PCO – Financial Management:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a PCO – Financial Management for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

PCO – Financial Management - Job Description:
The PCO – Financial Management role involves supporting AML & Compliance programs and projects by enhancing and upgrading existing programs and processes. The ideal candidate will focus on financial management tasks rather than project delivery, ensuring accurate financial governance and forecasting.

PCO – Financial Management - Responsibilities:
• Maintain the budget, including auditing items to be delivered under projects
• Review weekly and monthly time tracking reports for anomalies
• Ensure all invoices are approved with proper sign-offs prior to payment
• Maintain ongoing cost to complete forecasts and perform full reconciliation of the project budget
• Support the Delivery Team by maintaining project files and documentation
• Assist the Delivery Manager in ensuring all areas are represented on the project team

PCO – Financial Management - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience working on projects end-to-end in Financial Institutions
• 3+ years of experience in financial project management and budget management
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel

PCO – Financial Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bilingual and fluent in Spanish
• Experience with Clarity
• Experience working on projects at big 5 banks in Canada (especially Scotiabank)

PCO – Financial Management – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with a possibility of extension.

PCO – Financial Management - Start Date:
ASAP.

PCO – Financial Management - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada – Hybrid, with 3 days in-office required.
