Pega Developer:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Pega Developer for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Mount Laurel, New Jersey office.
Pega Developer - Job Description:
The Pega Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support business processes and enhance overall efficiency. This role involves working on business-as-usual (BAU) project-related tasks as part of a collaborative team environment.
Pega Developer - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.
• Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement best practices and design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the Pega applications.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
Pega Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development.
• Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.
• One or more Pega Architect certifications.
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pega Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking/Financial experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pega Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Mount Laurel, New Jersey, hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in the office.
