Pega Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Pega Developer for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Pega Developer - Job Description:
The Pega Developer will support the Insurance Squad, working with Canadian banking business lines for day-to-day support. The role involves designing, building, and executing customer marketing offers and communications to enhance customer experiences across channels, with a focus on personalized customer journeys.

Pega Developer - Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic, and segmentations
• Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application
• Document and implement business requirements for customer interactions across multiple channels
• Analyze data around campaign presentment and customer responses to deliver insights and business recommendations
• Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders, and channel partners
• Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
• Support production incident investigations and inquiries

Pega Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7+ years of experience as a Pega Developer
• 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
• Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation
• 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills
• 2+ years of recent experience with Python

Pega Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with banking products
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Previous experience with Databricks

Pega Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Pega Developer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office.
