PMO Analyst II:
On behalf of our Energy client, Procom is searching for a PMO Analyst II for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Salt Lake City office, 84111.

PMO Analyst II - Job Description:
The PMO Analyst II will serve as a crucial link between the Project and Delivery Teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of program activities. The role involves managing and updating the integrated plan, identifying scheduling conflicts, and providing management reports to track progress.

PMO Analyst II - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate reviews of the integrated plan and manage changes
• Provide management reports on progress against the plan
• Work with team leads to ensure plans are current
• Liaise with Program Teams to communicate scheduling opportunities and constraints
• Manage the forward resource plan using the program plan
• Collate and critique program risks and issues
• Assist in preparing content for team meetings and Steering Board reviews
• Syndicate information within the team and stakeholders
• Provide timely milestone and delivery status reports
• Utilize tools and expertise to support program delivery
• Work with the PMO manager to ensure smooth program delivery
• Assist in creating program/project plans and identifying milestones and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to project/program reporting cycles
• Track delivery against the plan
• Produce periodic assessments of process maturity, cost, and efficiency

PMO Analyst II - Mandatory Skills:
• 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in facilitating and managing integrated plans
• Ability to identify and manage risks and issues
• Proficient in using project management tools
• Strong teamwork skills

PMO Analyst II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the energy sector
• Familiarity with resource planning
• Knowledge of process maturity assessments
• Experience in steering board reviews
• Ability to critique and manage program risks

PMO Analyst II – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
