Portfolio Scrum Master:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Portfolio Scrum Master for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Portfolio Scrum Master - Job Description:
This role supports an AI portfolio within Commercial Banking, coordinating delivery across multiple agile teams. The focus is on maintaining the portfolio roadmap, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in a scaled agile environment.

Portfolio Scrum Master - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across multiple agile teams within the portfolio
• Partner with the Portfolio Leader to build and maintain portfolio-level delivery roadmaps
• Facilitate impediment removal and manage risks and dependencies across teams
• Facilitate portfolio ceremonies and lead execution of Scrum of Scrums sessions
• Facilitate leadership retrospectives and work with the agile coach to improve portfolio-level maturity
• Consolidate and report portfolio-level delivery metrics and KPIs across all teams
• Identify risks, issues, and obstacles early and raise them to Portfolio Leaders

Portfolio Scrum Master - Mandatory Skills:
• 8 plus years of agile delivery experience, including time at portfolio or program level
• Deep working knowledge of Scrum as a framework
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent agile teams in a scaled agile environment, including Scrum of Scrums
• Portfolio or program level delivery roadmap development and maintenance
• Cross team dependency, risk, and impediment management
• Portfolio or program level agile metrics and KPI consolidation and reporting
• Facilitation of leadership level ceremonies and retrospectives

Portfolio Scrum Master – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience within a financial institution, commercial banking in particular
• Exposure to AI or machine learning program or product delivery
• Hands-on delivery experience with a specific AI tool such as Copilot

Portfolio Scrum Master – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.
