Power Platform Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Power Platform Developer for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Power Platform Developer - Job Description:
The project involves building new capabilities and visualizations using Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The focus is on developing applications and automations to enhance business intelligence and improve the organization's Workforce Identity and Access Management security posture.

Power Platform Developer - Responsibilities:
• Automate the communication of PowerBI dashboards/apps via Power Automate
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency
• Create workflow management scripts through PowerApps
• Design and support PowerBI dashboards/apps for the IAM organization
• Design multi-dimension data models for in-depth analysis
• Develop solutions for managing large datasets
• Secure dashboards/apps data through AD groups and row-level security
• Collaborate with business partners to provide actionable insights
• Build a reusable data management structure
• Provide consultation on Power Platform best practices
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
• Ensure successful deployment of business intelligence strategy

Power Platform Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, and PowerApps
• 2+ years of experience with AI tools such as CoPilot and VSCode
• Extensive experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerBI design
• Strong experience managing large data sets (100 million+ records)
• Experience with JSON, XML, XLSX, CSV data sources
• Knowledge of data warehouse management and optimization

Power Platform Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Preferred information security knowledge
• Experience in the banking or financial institution sector
• Microsoft PL-300 certification

Power Platform Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Power Platform Developer - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with potential for 4 days in the office in the future.
