Power BI Engineer:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Power BI Engineer for a 3-6 month role. This position is a remote position for Canadian resources.

Power BI Engineer - Job Description:
The project involves executing Program Genesis, a large-scale transformation initiative at Randa Apparel and Accessories. This includes migrating from one ERP platform to another, consolidating warehouse management systems, and modernizing reporting and analytics within Power BI.

Power BI Engineer - Responsibilities:
• Migrate ABS datasets and support data migration efforts
• Clean up and optimize Power BI workspaces
• Modify and enhance existing reports
• Develop new reports based on business requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams on Git integration

Power BI Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
• Power BI development and report creation
• Data migration experience
• ETL expertise
• Proficiency in SQL Server
• Experience with SQL stored procedures and views
• SSIS packages and ETL experience

Power BI Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• AWS Redshift experience
• Understanding of complex data models (5+ years experience desired)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric services

Power BI Engineer – Assignment Length:
The contract is for 3 months, with a probable extension to 6 months.

Remote – Canadian Resource, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
