Predictive Analytics Analyst - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Predictive Analytics Analyst - Senior for a 9 month contract role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Predictive Analytics Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project concerning advanced analytics and data management within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The successful candidate will support predictive analytics initiatives, leveraging advanced techniques to drive impactful insights for the organization.

Predictive Analytics Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Support predictive and advanced analytics projects.
• Run advanced analytic techniques such as multivariate regressions and time-series analysis.
• Interpret and visualize results effectively.
• Work with large, complex datasets and manage data pipelines.
• Translate data into actionable insights and influence decision-making.
• Create effective dashboards and reporting using Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Engage with stakeholders and tailor insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and contribute to delivery timelines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.

Predictive Analytics Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Practical use of tools like Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and enterprise data environments.
• Familiarity with Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
• Implementing and managing Google Analytics tracking codes.

Predictive Analytics Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with R, SPSS, or similar statistical packages.
• Econometric modeling expertise such as forecasting and time series.
• Experience with statistical software systems.
• Knowledge in coding algorithms.
• Experience in agile team environments.

Predictive Analytics Analyst - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with an anticipated start in June 2026.

Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
