Process Analyst - Governance Risk and Controls:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Process Analyst - Governance Risk and Controls for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Process Analyst - Governance Risk and Controls - Job Description:
The role involves ensuring internal control testing is effectively and efficiently conducted based on the requirements of the 2nd line functions. The project scope includes business-as-usual (BAU) work, focusing on governance and control processes within the organization.

Process Analyst - Governance Risk and Controls - Responsibilities:
• Lead and assist in developing Design and Operating effectiveness of Testing programs
• Conduct ongoing testing of key controls/requirements for all TDS Businesses
• Analyze and report exceptions and track to resolution
• Assess Key Risk Indicators and identify opportunities to enhance the program
• Develop action/remediation plans to address internal control gaps
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and realize efficiencies in testing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop or enhance key controls

Process Analyst - Governance Risk and Controls - Mandatory Skills:
• Risk and Control Self-Assessment experience
• Advanced knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures
• Prior audit and quality control testing experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Ability to analyze, research, organize, and prioritize work

Process Analyst - Governance Risk and Controls – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Wholesale operations experience
• Aris experience (tool for process maps)
• Understanding of TDS business operations and processes
• Skill in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods
• Familiarity with Bank testing methodology

This is a 7-month contract position.
