Procurement Analyst x 4:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Procurement Analyst for a 16 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Procurement Analyst x 4 - Job Description:
This role involves supporting procurement initiatives, including the implementation of the new Zip tool and the ongoing operations of Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities. The focus is on optimizing procurement processes, enhancing user experience, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Procurement Analyst x 4 - Responsibilities:
• Support the enablement and ongoing administration of Coupa S2P processes
• Manage user provisioning for procurement platforms, including onboarding and access rights
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with supplier and catalog enablement activities in Coupa
• Help maintain process documentation and training materials
• Support testing, release readiness, and business validation for system changes
• Track and report on operational metrics and enablement progress

Procurement Analyst x 4 - Mandatory Skills:
• Procurement lifecycle experience (1-3 years)
• Exposure to source-to-pay (S2P) lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with procurement-focused platforms
• Strong understanding of procurement and payables processes
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data, reporting, and process metrics

Procurement Analyst x 4 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Coupa S2P or ZIP Platforms
• Excel proficiency
• Procure to pay, sourcing and contract experience
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
• Exposure to other procurement tools like Ariba or Ivalua

Procurement Analyst x 4 – Assignment Length:
This is a 16 month contract.

Toronto, Ontario, Hybrid position with 3 days in office per week (Wednesday, Thursday, and the 4th Friday of every month).
