Procurement Analyst x2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Procurement Analyst for a 1-year contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Procurement Analyst x2 - Job Description:
The project involves supporting multiple procurement initiatives, including the implementation of the Zip tool and optimization of Coupa Source-to-Pay operations. The role focuses on change management and process compliance improvements within the Procurement Operations line of business.

Procurement Analyst x2 - Responsibilities:
• Support the enablement and administration of Coupa S2P processes, including requisitioning and invoicing.
• Manage user provisioning and access rights for procurement platforms.
• Resolve usage access issues and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Assist with supplier and catalog enablement activities in Coupa.
• Maintain process documentation and support user onboarding.
• Support testing and business validation for system changes.
• Track and report on operational metrics and enablement progress.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and improve performance.

Procurement Analyst x2 - Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on experience supporting Source-to-Pay/Procurement-focused platforms.
• Strong understanding of procurement and payables processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and drive timely resolution.
• Experience supporting user enablement through training and documentation.
• Comfort working with data and process metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Coupa S2P or similar procurement platforms.

Procurement Analyst x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Excel proficiency and data analysis experience.
• Banking industry experience.
• Experience with Procure to pay, sourcing, and contract processes.
• Previous helpdesk experience.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.

Procurement Analyst x2 – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with an end date of October 30, 2027.
