Procurement Platform Administrator:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Procurement Platform Administrator for a 13-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Procurement Platform Administrator - Job Description:
The Procurement Platform Administrator will focus on supplier enablement initiatives within Coupa, driving increased spend under management and transitioning suppliers from manual procurement processes to automated workflows. The role involves supporting Procure to Pay (P2P) and Source to Pay (S2P) initiatives.

Procurement Platform Administrator - Responsibilities:
• Serve as the functional SME for Coupa and associated Source-to-Pay processes.
• Lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Source-to-Pay workflows.
• Drive supplier enablement initiatives and procurement automation.
• Monitor adoption trends and identify opportunities to increase automation.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide oversight and support for ongoing Coupa operations and platform functionality.
• Collaborate with Technology teams, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Procurement Platform Administrator - Mandatory Skills:
• ~5-7 years of experience with procurement platforms, Coupa preferred.
• Experience supporting supplier enablement and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Process-oriented and detail-focused.
• Strong communication and change management capabilities.

Procurement Platform Administrator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracting, and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Excel and data analysis skills (e.g., building pivot tables, cleansing data).
• Strong business analysis, requirements management, testing, and project delivery experience.
• Experience leading platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.

Procurement Platform Administrator – Assignment Length:
This is a 13-month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to FTE based on business needs.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office per week.
