Product Manager:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin, Texas office.

Job Description:
The Product Manager will lead efforts in managing product features and client journeys related to authentication processes. The role involves building roadmaps, defining product stories, and collaborating with various teams to design solutions. The focus is on enhancing authentication techniques and educating stakeholders on best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Build a feature/product/channel roadmap to articulate and drive the priorities of the group
• Lead product discovery activities and work with UX, tech, and business partners to design experiments
• Create and define product stories with acceptance criteria based on client need
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, leveraging data and research
• Interact with vendors for platform support and upgrades
• Explore, evaluate, and propose technologies and techniques for various channels
• Identify and mitigate risks in current and proposed solutions
• Work with technology partners and vendors to create authentication techniques
• Create a release plan in coordination with the scrum team and other lines of business
• Provide first-line support to internal stakeholders and sales staff

Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business
• Prior product management experience with online security, authentication, or digital identity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Superior analytical ability with attention to detail
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Documented experience in agile product development
• Experience with user testing and competitive intelligence

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with OAuth and OIDC
• Experience with the Financial Services industry
• Strong interest/passion for the industry
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Assignment Location:
Austin, Texas, United States. This position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, which the candidate can choose.
