Job Description

BMO Product Manager, InvestorLine Activation, Engagement and Content

BMO is currently sourcing for a Product Manager to support BMO InvestorLine.
This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 days in office per week).

Role Overview

This role sits within the InvestorLine product group with a focus on activation, engagement and content across the web and mobile ecosystem. The Product Manager owns the creation, management and optimization of AppCues flows and in-product elements, and runs a cross functional engagement program that identifies and acts on opportunities to lift engagement. The work involves close partnership with Content, Design, Marketing and Digital teams to prioritize, sequence and review deliverables. This is a six month contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and optimize AppCues flows and in-product elements across the InvestorLine web and mobile ecosystem
  • Apply CSS styling to in-product messaging and guides so they align with platform design standards
  • Run a cross functional engagement program spanning Content, Design, Marketing and Digital
  • Monitor and track engagement levels across the InvestorLine ecosystem and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Develop and execute action plans covering AppCues developments, banners, FAQs, content and other engagement tactics
  • Partner with Content, Design, Marketing and Digital to prioritize, develop, sequence and review initiatives
  • Work with the Content team to provide a product lens on customer facing materials including FAQs and articles

Must-Have Skills

  • Mid-level product management experience on digital web and mobile products
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing flows in AppCues
  • Working knowledge of CSS styling
  • Experience owning activation, engagement or adoption focused product work
  • Experience monitoring engagement metrics and translating findings into prioritized action plans
  • Experience running cross functional programs with content, design, marketing and digital partners

Ideal Candidate

  • Has worked on a self-directed investing, brokerage or digital wealth platform
  • Has delivered in-product education or onboarding programs at scale across both web and mobile
  • Brings experience in a regulated financial services environment where customer facing content requires review and approval

 

Qualifications

Working knowledge of CSS styling: 5 - 10 years (Required)
