Product Manager - Junior:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Product Manager - Junior for a 9 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Product Manager - Junior - Job Description:
The Product Manager - Junior will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The role involves understanding customer experiences, identifying product gaps, and generating ideas to enhance market share and customer satisfaction.

Product Manager - Junior - Responsibilities:
• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Define the product vision and ensure support for company strategy and goals
• Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to grow market share, and improve customer experience
• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Work closely with engineering teams for quick time-to-market delivery
• Drive product launches and evaluate promotional plans
• Act as a product evangelist and represent the company with customers

Product Manager - Junior - Mandatory Skills:
• Relevant education
• Experience in the data & AI domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Agile and traditional project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced, data-driven environment

Product Manager - Junior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems with many stakeholders and clients

Product Manager - Junior – Assignment Length:
This is a 9 month contract position.
